Clinical Therapist

As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide high-quality mental health and/or substance use care to individuals. You will work collaboratively with clients to address their emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues through therapeutic interventions and counseling techniques. Your role involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and offering support to help clients achieve their goals.

Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC)

The Substance Use Disorder Counselor provides comprehensive counseling services to individuals struggling with addiction and substance use disorders. The counselor will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, and provide ongoing support throughout the recovery process.

Program Director

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Beecon, ensuring that the organization runs efficiently and effectively. The role involves strategic planning, managing resources, and leading teams to achieve Beecon’s goals. They ensure that quality services are being provided and that compliance with all appropriate regulatory governing agencies meets or exceeds standards. The Program Director will lead and coordinate the operational activities of Beecon, ensuring that the business is operating at peak efficiency. This includes managing resources, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to meet Beecon’s objectives and improve overall performance.

Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of assigned programs, manage staff, and ensure the successful delivery of services. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The Program Supervisor will collaborate with the directors to achieve program goals and objectives, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
