Our mobile team brings testing, treatment, and harm reduction directly to the communities that need it most- no judgement, no barriers, just care.

Ogden Regional ACT (Alcohol Chemical Treatment)
Ogden Regional ACT program is one of Utah’s longest-standing and most respected addiction recovery programs, serving the Greater Salt Lake City community since 1973. ACT provides evidence-based, comprehensive care for adults facing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. With an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, therapists, and addiction specialists, the program offers individualized treatment plans across multiple levels of care, helping patients build coping skills, strengthen support systems, and achieve long-term recovery.
Box Elder Family Support Center
Offers family counseling, crisis intervention, and educational programs to strengthen family units during recovery.
Provides immediate assistance, shelter, and counseling for individuals facing crisis situations.
